OPTIPLAN’s whistleblowing system is responsible for information on specific or possible legal violations by employees. Business partners, customers or other third parties also have the opportunity to submit information around the clock via various reporting channels if there are concrete indications of violations of the rules. In this way, risks can be identified and addressed at an early stage and, if necessary, appropriate remedial action can be taken.

Confidentiality and the protection of whistleblowers have top priority. If information is received anonymously, our procedure is to not take any steps to determine the identity.
